    Lot rental includes specific lot, water, sewer, and garbage; common space maintenance (snow/lawn), pond, and storm shelter. Lot rental is paid monthly.

    Renter Responsibilities: Gas/Electric and other optional utilities (cable, etc), driveway and lawn maintenance, home/unit maintenance, and vehicle max 2.

    Pet Policies: Maximum of 2 indoor pets and must be leashed at all times outdoors. Specific pet policies and restrictions available within lease agreement.

    Garages: Available as an add-on rental and as units are available. Inquire with Townsedge team.
